Images may be watermarked and/or digitally watermarked for the protection of Vistalux and our content providers. Neither Vistalux nor our content providers will be responsible or liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages that result from your access to or use of the content on our site.

Your Use of our Content
Vistalux.net photographs are for one time editorial use. Additional use requires additional payment. Use is restricted to editorial inclusion in user's own publications, and not for resale, trade, packaging, promotion nor advertising
No model releases or other releases exist on any Vistalux photographs unless Vistalux thereof specifies the existence in writing.
Images retrieved shall not be altered or manipulated beyond normal image enhancements or cropping. All reproduction and / or representation will bear the obligatory photographer's / agency credit. In case of an omission, the publisher / user agrees that Vistalux' fees will be automatically doubled. The publisher bears sole responsibility for any changes made to the agency captions of photographs. The agency guarantees the origin and authenticity of the document supplied.
The publisher agrees to send all proof of publication to Vistalux, which will be used to bill reproduction / representation rights on a non-exclusive basis according to the pre-agreed fees.
Trademark Ownership
"Vistalux" and the Vistalux.net logo are registered trademarks of Vistalux. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vistalux nor its officers, employees, agents or content providers will be responsible or liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result from your access to or use of the content on our site.
